Conditioning

This class is all about endurance, cardio, and building strength. We’ll get your dancer’s heart pumping, legs jumping, and fire up the core in this 30-minute class. We focus on exercises that will directly complement the dancer’s technique. Conditioning is a necessary building block for every dancer to build the strength to do moves such as kicks and leaps. Join us for a good warm-up before your dancer’s technique and stretch classes.
