Acrobatics
The importance of Acro in your dancers repertoire is insurmountable. Not only does a stretchy back insure that most injuries may be avoided, acro skills also provide a good base line for ballet & improve your child’s flexibility in a new way.
Princess Ballet
Princess ballet is for babies whose dreams are to become princesses! The class materials are the very simple basics of ballet, princess runs, and many more enjoyable activities!

Ballet
Our ballet classes are a perfect reflection of our beliefs. We hope to enhance the lives of children and the community through the beauty and discipline of classical ballet. We strive to provide the highest-quality classical ballet classes to all ages and levels.
Competition
We offer preparation for our competition based dance. All Other classes support the techniques needed to become a competitor.
Conditioning
Conditioning focuses on strengthening the main muscles in the body to allow the body to do certain things in other classes. Exercises such as crunches, wall sits, and push ups will be worked on and performed.
Contemporary
Contemporary focuses on movement and transitioning. Just like jazz, contemporary consists of progressions that involve technique and transitioning. A dance combination will be given at the end of class.
Hip Hop
Hip hop is very energetic. Sharp movements ebb and flow with fluidity, to any number of tempos. Just like Jazz, hip hop focuses on transitioning as well.
Improv
Improv does not contain anything choreographed. It is simply movement that each individual dancer comes up with. Class consists of moving across the floor and dancing whatever goes along with what is given. Exercises, such as partner improv, will be performed.
Lyrical
Lyrical is a softer version of contemporary. The movement given will be lighter, however it still contains technique.
Jazz
Jazz is a class that consists of high energy at all times. This class will work on progressions, technique, and movement. The class will begin with a short warm up, then proceed to dance combinations with upbeat music.
Stretch / Flexibility
The purpose of stretch class is to improve flexibility in all main regions of the body. Body parts such as hamstrings, quads, knees, backs, shoulders, and feet will be stretched.
Technique
This class focuses on pure technical positioning and skills. It includes turns, jumps, strengthening exercises, and positioning exercises.
Tap
Tap consists of working on rhythm and foot technique. Tap is very musical as well. The main focus on tap is footwork and having each sound made clear.
