KELLY MASON PERAZA is native to California. Kelly began her professional training at the age of thirteen on scholarship, with the Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle, Washington. She then accepted a full scholarship to the Pittsburgh ballet Theater School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, while earning her high school diploma. Following graduation, Kelly accepted another full scholarship to study at the Rock School in Philadelphia, where she trained year-round. Kelly has danced as a member of the Los Angeles Classical Ballet, Inland Pacific Ballet, as a Guest Artist for Redlands Festival Ballet, and most recently, as a Principal dancer for Redlands Dance Theater. Her performance experience includes: The Nutcracker, Paquita, Coppelia, Swan Lake, Giselle, Graduation Ball, Stars and Stripes, Les Sylphides, Sleeping Beauty variations, The Little Mermaid, Romeo and Juliet, La Vivandiere and George Balanchine’s ‘The Nutcracker’, ‘Serenade’, and ‘Concerto Barocco. Kelly performed with Los Angeles Classical Ballet on the ‘Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ as well as an episode of Dick Van Dyke’s ‘Diagnosis Murder’. She has been teaching ballet for twentynine years throughout the Inland Empire. Kelly has choreographed several original ballets including: the Little Mermaid, The Tale of the Pumpkin King, The Wizard of Oz, Cinderella and the Snow Queen. Kelly’s love for dancing classical ballet is paralleled only by her deep desire to share her knowledge through teaching, choreographing and inspiring young dancers. Mrs. Mason is currently the acting Director of BOC (Ballet of Corona).
