Kylan Fischer is also part of K2, as she (along with Kenzie & Kierra) helped develop our dance studio. She has taught dance for over 12 years. She has been teaching dance, pilates, and yoga for K2 as well as advanced stretching and conditioning programs for dancers. She loves working with children and sharing the art of dance with all ages. Kylan is also known as @yoga_ky on Instagram where she has built a substantial following of over 230k.
She was introduced to yoga through her dance background. She started to practice yoga to learn better alignment for her dance stretches, and fell in love with it. Kylan continued her yoga practice throughout college and graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 2012 with a B.S. in Business Marketing degree. Yoga became part of her lifestyle and helps to keep her flexible and strong so she can enjoy all of her active hobbies, travels, and adventures with ease. Since earning her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification, Kylan has taught many workshops and retreats around the world. Her favorite yoga styles include power yoga and vinyasa flow. Kylan believes that yoga is like magic, because it makes people feel better from the inside out; it heals and prevents injuries and illnesses, and creates flexibility and strength.
